Structures. Nostalgia. Stories.

I have always experienced the world through rooms and spaces. I’m a self-taught artist working in graphite and watercolor out of my home studio in Atlanta, GA.

As a child, I was shaped by interiors—grasscloth wallpaper, shag carpet, wood paneling—environments that held a quiet presence and a sense of home. In my teenage years, I loved shopping malls with their expansive atriums, plants, and contemporary architecture.

Living in New York City and working in real estate for many years, I studied every detail about the interior and exterior of the buildings. When and how they were built, materials used, and the history of the Architects. I began to appreciate the repetition of windows, the geometry of skylines, the way light reflects across glass and steel, and I saw first-hand how structures could feel both monumental and intimate.

After returning home to Georgia, I became more aware of slowing down. I finally had room to enjoy plants and flowers and recognize how similar they are to architecture - Natures Architecture.

My work is an act of preservation. In a world that moves quickly, I choose to slow down.

My art has been featured in the Atlanta Journal-Constitution, Cherokee Tribune & Ledger-News, and American Art Collector magazine. I’ve created custom tiny paintings for the Chick-fil-A restaurant on Riverstone Pkwy in Canton, GA, and Georgia Public TV (GPB TV). My drawings have been selected into juried shows throughout the Southeast, online, and held in private collections including the families of the Plaza Theater, Rich's, and Coca Cola.
